Welcome to TryMyOutfit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TryMyOutfit mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TryMyOutfit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TryMyOutfit. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. The Service

4.1 Virtual Try-On

TryMyOutfit provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology that allows you to visualize how clothing items may look on you. These visualizations are estimates and may not perfectly represent how clothes will actually fit or appear in real life.

4.2 User-Generated Content

You may upload photos, create collections, and share content through the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

4.3 Community Features

The Service includes social features such as following users, liking outfits, and sharing collections. You agree to use these features respectfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Violate any intellectual property rights

6. Subscription & Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The free version of TryMyOutfit allows you to browse outfits, save favorites, follow creators, and build your profile at no cost.

6.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features, including unlimited virtual try-ons, require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6.3 Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google's policies
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

TryMyOutfit, including our AI technology, design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party retailers and websites. We are not responsible for their products, services, or content. Purchases made through external links are subject to those retailers' terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • Virtual try-on results are estimates and may not reflect actual fit or appearance
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on our visualizations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryMyOutfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TryMyOutfit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some provisions of these Terms survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TryMyOutfit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
